A sure sign that summer has landed in Santa Barbara is the arrival of the 3 day annual Summer Solstice Festival and Parade.
This year was no exception as the weather magically went from June gloom to full summer on this beautiful weekend in June.
Our main stage was a truck stage from which we flew a Meyer Sound Mina rig with 700HP subs in a cardiod pattern (to reduce sound levels behind the stage near residences) UPJ-1P front fill and a Meyer Sound Callisto 616 processor.
The parade this year featured a Sci-Fi theme and appropriately Star Trek and Spock were abundantly present. “Live long and prosper” was a recurring theme
All in all a very pleasant three days in the park for us and the many people that came to enjoy Summer Solstice 2015.
